Practical information
Registration is free but mandatory. It will close on June 28, 2026, or earlier if the maximum room capacity is reached.
Lunches and coffee breaks will take place at the Department of Mathematics and are kindly provided by the organization. To help us with catering arrangements, please specify your planned attendance dates and any dietary restrictions in the registration form.
Please note that the organization is unable to provide financial support for travel or accommodation.
Registration procedure
Step 1: Submit your details
Please complete the Google Form below to initiate your registration. Upon successful submission, you will receive an automated email receipt with your provided details.
Step 2: Await confirmation
You will be contacted by the organizer by July 13, 2026, to formally confirm your participation. If you are an early-stage researcher (Phd student or Postdoc) who proposed to contribute with a short talk or with a poster presentation, you will also be notified about its acceptance.
Important information
Please be aware that official communications will only come from an email address formatted as "Name DOT Surname AT unipv DOT it". Beware of phishing attempts and report any suspicious emails. You will never be asked for your credit card details, bank account information, or copies of your ID card by the organization.
